Food items we test

There is a long list of potential allergies to which you may be sensitive.  These cover all types of food and stuffs, wheat, gluten, dairy, lactose and nuts. Another relatively unknown consideration, which can cause intolerance, is the chemicals which are used in processing food.  Also a key factor is environmental particles such as pollen and also dust mites.

We don’t leave anything uncovered in the pursuit of finding you a positive match. That’s why we test over 600 food and non-food substances.

Armed with your known intolerances you can then take vital changes to alter your diet or make lifestyle changes to reduce your contact with allergens.

We test for all these potential intolerances and allergens and many more…
